This 8 Week Bootcamp includes:
2 x weekly outdoor classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6pm.
1 x weekly class on Saturday morning
50% off InBody Body Composition scans to track your progress.

Moving outside, in the fresh air, provides a freedom that is not experienced inside the walls of a room.
Outdoor Training with other like minded people, forges unbreakable bonds and a mutual respect between participants.
The vibe is always positive and for the hour that we train together, as a team, life’s worries are forgotten and we indulge ourselves in the fantastic variety of exercises provided.
