If you want to create a fitter and healthier version of you, Geelong Outdoor Fitness can help. We cater for all fitness levels, in a positive training environment.

This 8 Week Running Program includes:

3 weekly sessions
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm
Saturdays 8-9am
The Perfect Storm

An Epic 12 hour workout that requires you to step outside of your comfort zone.

Not for the faint hearted!

Starts: 7pm Friday 29th November 2024
Finishes: 7am Saturday 30th November 2024

Group Fitness in Geelong is our Passion

For over 15 years, we have welcomed thousands of people, into our Outdoor Training groups.

Moving outside, in the fresh air, provides a freedom that is not experienced inside the walls of a room.

Outdoor Training with other like minded people, forges unbreakable bonds and a mutual respect between participants.

The vibe is always positive and for the hour that we train together, as a team, life’s worries are forgotten and we indulge ourselves in the fantastic variety of exercises provided.

In over 15 years of Outdoor Training in Geelong, we have noticed that returning clients build a resilience, that prepares them well, to take on life’s challenges.
